We source our beans from trusted small-scale farmers across Peru, Guatemala, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Ethiopia—regions steeped in coffee-growing tradition and biodiversity. These aren’t just origins—they’re lifelines. Each farm operates with purpose, many family-owned for generations, where harvests are handled with precision and pride.
What sets our beans apart is the volcanic loam they grow in—soil born from fire, dense with minerals, and revered for producing coffee of exceptional quality. Combined with high-altitude growing conditions and intentional post-harvest processing, our coffees offer flavor profiles that are vibrant, clean, and deeply expressive of their environment.
Our producers hand-sort and process their harvests using small-scale, eco-conscious micro-mills. From sun-dried naturals in Brazil to solar-protected washed coffees in Costa Rica, every batch is treated like a craft. Co-operatives and direct-trade relationships ensure traceability, fairness, and reinvestment in local communities.
